Refund Policy:

• In the event that you are unsatisfied with any of the work provided or would like to cancel services mid-project, refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and a refund or partial refund may be granted depending on the amount of work already performed, if quality of content provided has truly missed the mark or if the reason for the refund request is beyond the control of any party involved.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a reserved booking on the calendar, you can cancel at any given time without additional cost as long as the cancellation occurs 14 days prior to the scheduled date.

• Cancellations or Reschedule requests that occur within 14 days of the scheduled date are subject to a Cancellation or Rescheduling fee Equaling up to 15% of the quoted cost of the project. This fee is waived if the reasons for cancellation or rescheduling are a result of an Act of God or a result of the service provider (me) having to adjust their calendar for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies.

Delivery Policy:

• All agreed upon deliverables will be delivered through a Cloud-storage system such as Google Drive, We Transfer or Dropbox.

• All Deliverables will remain available in the cloud for at least 3 months after final delivery. After 3 months, your files are not guaranteed to remain in the cloud. If you’ve not downloaded your files before they are removed from cloud storage, contact me, I will make them available again at the cost of a Digital Maintenance Fee.

Terms and Conditions (Promotions)

• All promotional prices will be honored as long as the booking was made during the promotional time period for up to two Rescheduling events.

Personal Information Privacy Policy:

• All personal information collected by myself or any forms in this website will not be sold, distributed or used to spam any individual or organizations that elect in providing their user information.

• User information includes:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Identification numbers

  • Geolocation Data

  • Financial information such as debit or credit numbers.

• CoffeeCut Studios will only use provided user information for:

  • Communication Purposes

  • To send promotional material

  • Newsletter Delivery

All deliverables are Digital in Nature and as such are not affected by a return policy or process: If work needs to be redone, reach out to the service provider and we’ll discuss the next steps on how to move forward.
